The spacious accommodations made us feel right at home with a full kitchen for family meals! The indoor and outdoor pools were perfect for the kids to splash around—so much fun! I loved lounging by the pool with views of the beautiful fall foliage.

Stayed here for 1 night with my children, had a really nice stay. The location was marvellous for exploring this very very nice area, very close to mountain, an outstanding restaurant, many attractions.

Everything was perfect, ideal location near to skiing, the Berkshires and Jiminy Peak, fantastic staff.

The room had magnificent mountain views. We had two TVs, climate control, and coffee in our room. The setting was excellent, very close to various activities in Lanesborough, Williamstown, Pittsfield, and Lenox. The property was only 3 miles from Mountain Coaster.

This place is a fantastic spot for exploring the area, with nearby restaurants, art galleries, museums, theaters.

Staff is very nice and friendly. Repair man comes almost immediately after you call. Premises are kept up very well- clean and well maintained. Well equipped kitchen. You need to stay in an A or C unit- B is smaller and has a smaller kitchen with a hot plate and no dishwasher. A and C have a stove and dishwasher. Summer is our favorite season. Though this is a ski resort-- we own in the summer and love all of the museums, arts and things to do that the Berkshires has to offer. Love the pool. Love taking long walks here.

Enjoyed having a kitchen, living room, and balcony all in the same cool room. the location was super convenient, close to the mountains nearby! 🌄

Nice place to stay over the weekend during a concert at Tanglewood.

The accommodation was perfect with friendly staff at the reception desk, in a great and beautiful location within walking distance to boutiques and a convenience store across the street.

I liked the size of the rooms,it's facilities for eg;its playground,gym,outdoor and indoor pool and its free parking. I liked too how they had a washer/dryer on the floors.

I did not like how old the room was..From it's dated deco in the bathrooms and electric cooktops.The beds were too hard and the sofa bed needed to be replaced.The carpet looked worn out and the sofa looked grimy.The floors are very thin and we could hear our upstairs neighbours stomping about.Also,the staff weren't too welcoming either.

The rooms were spacious, the gas fire place and jacuzzi tub were wonderful!!!

Large room with a hot tub. Great view. - Kitchen in the room. - Paid a reasonable rate of US$ 211. - Stunning setting in a nice quiet area. - Very close to Hancock, MA, and neighboring attractions.

The suite was very comfortable and spacious Nicely equipped The location was good to get to Tanglewood It also was well located for Williamstown and the Clark Institute Bob's Country Kitchen was excellent for breakfast I would definitely stay there on my next visit The area is great for a vacation It is good for families with children The indoor and outdoor pools looked very good

The check out time was inflexible
